. . .and a school was re-born!

Just 20 days after finally signing the lease (It was hoped to be signed last May, but there were delays), this building is ready for school. Walls were erected, bathrooms made, counter tops removed, tiles placed, portables moved, stairs and ramps built, and of course, school contents moved. Parent volunteers are tired but excited. My husband has never worked so hard both physically and professionally for such long hours into the night for so many weeks ever in his life. Surely there are projects still needing completion but they are comparatively small. School has begun without hitch and things will get done in time.

















They are putting dirt on top of the parking lot to make a field for PE etc. They are even putting an irrigation system in it.
